Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
We ship Worldwide. We ship via United Postal Services. There are two methods that we normally use to ship your order; Priority International and Express Mail International. To find the accurate rate and shipping time please log in to your account add the item in your shopping cart and then you will find accurate information.
SHIPPING TIME
United Postal Priority Mail normally takes 10 to 15 business days and Express Mail takes normally 6-10 Business days after we ship your item. We may take upto 5 Business days to process internationl order to make sure and verify payments.
RETURN POLICY
We test and verify every item before we ship them to your door. In case you find an item that does not work due to a technical issue or damaged while at the Post Office, please leave the item in it's original condition and call us immediately. You must call or email us immediately within 24 hours to receive your Return Authorization. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP THIS ITEM UNTIL CONSULTING WITH US. WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH THE RETURN ADDRESS. If you do not call for the return authorization within maximum of FIVE business days from the day you received, sales will be final and no returns will be allowed. Please contact Zipit Wireless directly for any technical issues after the five days period.
